Free Outdoors Family Adventure Expo: A mix of challenges and activities on a ‘Man vs Wild’ theme Blue Skies Camp site, 12 Williams Street, Kaiapoi,11am - 3pm. If you enjoy the outdoors, you'll love the expo. There'll be heaps of fun things to do for you and your children. Learn survival skills, build a bridge, have a go at archery or fencing, visit the kitchen fire house, try out Gladiator Duel and much more.

What a fantastic day at the Rakahuri Winter Sports Tournament!
The students and adults had a great time running about with their teams. Thanks to our wonderful helpers and supporters - Kirstie, Sarah and Ben, Anthea, Tracey and Adrienne, Gail, Jodeen, Sam, Kennedy and Lou.

 Fernside Team results -

 Yr 5/6 rugby team came 2nd

Yr 5/6 hockey team came 1^st

Yr 7/8 hockey team came 1^st

Yr 5/6 netball team came 2^nd

yr 7/8 netball team came 2^nd

I have just learned that 4 of our 8 teams have qualified for the Canterbury Tournament on 29 August - Congratulations to the yrs 7/8 Hockey and Netball A teams and the yrs 5/6 Hockey and Netball A teams.

The NC Friday night Basketball competition registration notices go home tomorrow and are due in next Tuesday. We are always appreciate our adult supporters and our coaches so if you are keen and able to assist let Annabel know.

WE are so excited to watch the Breakers train and play on September 10.
