Winter Sports Conclude

Congratulations to our 2 teams (Junior Netball & Senior Hockey) that qualified for the Canterbury Winter Tournament in Christchurch last Thursday 28th.
The Hockey team of Hannah, Willa, Caitlin, Tom, Dylan, James, Sam, Emily, Bailey C, Jaimee, Amber progressed to the final undefeated! (Cashmere 2 Fernside 0)
Their ability to apply the game plans, work together as a team and play in a way that suited the 5 minute-each-way rules was great to watch. Talk about transferable skills from other codes (only 3 hockey players in the team)!
